Information collected
When you place an order, we receive information needed to provide and support it, such as your email address, purchased products, amounts, transaction status, and order and download activity. Messages sent through email or the contact page contain the information you choose to provide.
Payments
Stripe processes payment information. This site does not receive or store complete card numbers. Stripe may collect billing, device, fraud-prevention, and transaction information under its own privacy terms.
How information is used
Information is used to process orders, deliver files and receipts, provide customer support, prevent fraud and unauthorized distribution, maintain accounting and tax records, and comply with legal obligations. Personal information is not sold.
Service providers
The storefront uses Stripe for payments, Cloudflare for application hosting, order records, security, and private file delivery, and Resend for transactional email. These providers process information as needed to perform those services and may process it in countries other than your own.
Browser storage
The score cart uses browser storage so selections can persist between pages. The site may also use necessary browser storage for storefront testing and order flow.
This site uses Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand aggregate traffic, referrals, device types, approximate locations, and site performance. Cloudflare Web Analytics does not use cookies or collect personal data for this service.
Retention and security
Order information is retained for fulfillment, customer support, accounting, tax, fraud prevention, and legal purposes. Access links expire and are subject to download limits. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices
You may ask about personal information associated with your orders or request an appropriate correction or deletion, subject to records that must be retained for legal, tax, fraud-prevention, or contractual reasons. Submit requests through the contact page.

This policy may be updated as the storefront or its service providers change. The effective date above identifies the current version.
