Digital purchases
Because digital files can be delivered and retained immediately, completed purchases are ordinarily final once download access has been provided. This does not limit any rights that cannot legally be excluded.
When to contact us
Please contact us promptly if you purchased the same edition twice by mistake, received the wrong product, cannot open the supplied files, or find that the package is incomplete or materially different from its description. We will normally attempt replacement or correction first and may issue a full or partial refund when that does not resolve the problem.
Request information
Use the contact page and provide the purchasing email address, approximate order date, product title, and a brief description of the problem. Do not send card details.
Refund effects
When an order is fully refunded or disputed, access to its download files may be revoked. Previously downloaded files remain subject to the store terms and may not be redistributed.
Publisher purchases
Refunds for editions purchased from an external publisher must be requested from that publisher under its policies.
